Recently our organization experienced a serious emergency when our internet was down and we were informed it would be about 1 week before the connection could be reestablished.  As most businesses, our day depends on not only access to the internet, but also access to the numerous e-mails which we receive daily from our referral partners and funders.  TLH was able to step in and go above and beyond to ensure we had temporary connection to access our e-mails remotely until the internet connection could be reestablished.  TLH understood our dire need for access to our e-mails and ensured that was possible.  Without the quick response of TLH, our staff and clients would have been unable to carry on with business as usual until the internet issues were resolved.  Once the internet was re-established, TLH was in the office within 1 hour and had all systems working like new.  We appreciate the hard work of TLH as they know and understand our need for prompt resolution of all IT needs.
